There is something that we’ve been hearing about for years. Most believers in those sinister plots that is being plotted by our American government to detain dissenters, because of possible mass citizenry revolts, due to massive gun confiscations and economic revolts, and with the current state of the economy, which could get even more out of hand, as more people become unemployed. And maybe they could arrest and detain American pro-gun dissenters and economic revolutionaries on the spot in mass detention centers built across our vast nation and Canada.

These conspiracy theorists were being left out by most of us as nutcases, just being kuku for coco-puffs, or black helicopters and tin foil hatters. But no one would ever think of associating a Marc Chamot blogspot-blogger as a conspiracy theorist that would ever think this way. No, I don’t really think so. But, there is one big problem about it.

There are substantial proofs that our government is up to something no good. If President Barack Obama is any indicator, with his speeches and proposals, such as his insane idea of using the military and creating a national police force to secure and protect America.

So President Barack Obama and his Democratic cohorts keep pushing the internment bills through:

Such as, “This bill calls for the establishment of six centers on military installations across the United States. Previous centers were for addressing an “emergency influx of immigrants” or to support “the rapid development of new programs.” These new FEMA centers are “to provide temporary housing, medical and humanitarian assistance to individuals and families dislocated due to an emergency or major disaster.”

Are these internment camps to round up illegal aliens who are roaming about our nation illegally? And well, are they?

If you analyze the party that’s really pushing for these detention centers, you’ll be pretty surprised. It’s being done within the Democratic Party. But are these internments camps really for illegal aliens and are the Democrats the anti-illegal alien party? The answer is no.

The Democratic Party loves the illegal aliens, and they even want to give them amnesty. Then what are they for? You’ll have to look at what the Democrats been after for all of these years since the Bill Clinton administration. They are after the gun owners of America, and they want gun confiscations. That could also explain as to why President Barack Obama is so close to Canada. It may be because they went through massive hand gun and weapons ban and confiscations of their own around 1995. Does this ring a bell folks? It was around the very same time that President Bill Clinton and the Democrats were pushing for our own bans here at home.

If we’re bound to forget past, then history is bound to repeat it self. It does certainly seems like the natural human beast in all of us is beginning to come out, like the power hunger, the greedy, the control freak, and the ego maniacs in all of us, that will never end towards global domination.

Now let’s back track seventy years earlier. There was this little sinister man by the name of Adolph Hitler. When Hitler took power and turned Germany from a chancellorship to a dictatorship, he had the backing of the left, the liberals and homosexuals whom he later destroyed. He promised Germany a utopia for all Germans, he had them give up their weapons, their rifles, handguns and shotguns, and those who refused, were all arrested in mass to keep their forced guns confiscations going. Then Adolph Hitler to keep a heavy handed grip on his people, he nationalized his military and police force by creating the dreaded, vile and despised Waffen SS.

So Barack Obama said this during his campaign trail back around July 2008, “the U.S. needs a civilian national security force that would be as powerful, strong and well-funded as the Army, Marines, Navy and Air Force”

Now the left, I mean the far left, the communists, the ones that originally supported Barack Obama are not very happy. The very same folks that were screaming about our supposed past oppressions on people, the anti-death penalties folks, the anti-wars, and the anti-corporatists who believe that corporations are enslaving the working man.

These anti-bosses bunch are now seeing that Barack Obama is carrying the same lit torch of the New World Order in American gun confiscations and forced civil obedience, by using strategic oppressive measures that began under the Bill Clinton presidency.

It’s a change that cannot be reversed; it’s all about holding on to world political power, making money, enslaving the common folks and eliminating weapon ownership from the armed American citizenry that stands in their way.

And now, when a major local daily newspaper like the San Francisco Chronicle brings up guests editorial writers questioning about these internment camps that are being propped all over the place, alarm bells are beginning to ring very loud and clear for us common folks.

I’m sad to say folks, but the only way for real change to become a reality for all Americans might be secessions or a revolution. “Not any elected official in America can reverse this New World Order trend that has cast a web over this country and the world. NOT EVEN a man named BARACK OBAMA can undue the wheels of world GREED and human domination.”

While most of us have had our attention fixed on the global economic firestorm, President Obama is failing to meet his only sworn responsibility as our chief executive - to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.

Americans understand that President George W. Bush defiled the Constitution with the Patriot Acts, military commissions, torture, extraordinary rendition and warrantless wiretapping. Now, just weeks into the Obama era, we are seeing that little has changed in terms of extra-constitutional prosecution of the so-called war on terror. So far, Obama has signed an order banning “harsh interrogation techniques” but may be keeping other reprehensible policies in place, and perhaps adding a few of his own.

President Obama issued an order to close the Guantanamo Bay prison as one of his first official acts. He was duly praised for what seemed a reversal of the sad legacy of his predecessor. Days later, however, the Christian Science Monitor reported that, in seeming contradiction to the Obama executive order closing Guantanamo, nearly three times as many prisoners are being held without due process at an enormous U.S. military prison in Bagram, Afghanistan. Last month, U.S. District Judge John Bates gave the Obama administration until today to “refine” its position on “open-ended detention.”

Meanwhile, plans for detention at home are being expanded under Democratic Party leadership. On Jan. 22, Rep. Alcee Hastings, D-Fla., a former judge who was impeached and removed from the bench before being elected to Congress, introduced HR645, the National Emergency Centers Establishment Act.

“This bill calls for the establishment of six centers on military installations across the United States. Previous centers were for addressing an “emergency influx of immigrants” or to support “the rapid development of new programs.” These new FEMA centers are “to provide temporary housing, medical and humanitarian assistance to individuals and families dislocated due to an emergency or major disaster.”

“Rep. Ron Paul, R-Texas, is to date the sole member of Congress willing to raise a public stink. “Apparently, the fusion centers, militarized police, surveillance cameras and a domestic military command is not enough,” blogged Rep. Paul. “Even though we know that detention facilities are already in place, they now want to legalize the construction of FEMA camps on military installations using the ever popular excuse that the facilities are for the purposes of a national emergency. With the phony debt-based economy getting worse and worse by the day, the possibility of civil unrest is becoming a greater threat to the establishment. One need only look at Iceland, Greece and other nations for what might happen in the United States next.”

“Why, asks Paul, are these centers being constructed on military bases if they’re not for the purpose of detaining large groups of people? Obama should explain what is going on. Last fall, we learned who would be doing the rounding up when, for the first time since Reconstruction, U.S. troops were deployed within U.S. borders. The Third Infantry Division’s 1st Combat Team, trained during multiple tours in Iraq, will “help with civil unrest and crowd control.” According to Air Force Gen. Gene Renuart, commander of the U.S. Northern Command, at least two more brigades will be deployed by 2010. The doctrine of posse comitatus, under which U.S. troops shall not be used against U.S. citizens, prohibits detaining us. Obama needs to explain why continuing this program is not a violation.”

In his inaugural address, Obama “rejected as false the choice between our safety and our ideals.” His actions in the first month of his presidency appear to believe his rhetoric. The success of the Obama presidency will turn on the degree to which he can command the trust and respect of both the American people and the international community. If he shortchanges his pledge to return the country to lawful and constitutional government, achieving his greater goals may become impossible.

“National emergency centers” on military bases to house American citizens
Paul Joseph WatsonPrison Planet.comJanuary 27, 2009A new bill introduced in Congress authorizes the Department of Homeland Security to set up a network of FEMA camp facilities to be used to house U.S. citizens in the event of a national emergency.

The National Emergency Centers Act or HR 645 mandates the establishment of “national emergency centers” to be located on military installations for the purpose of to providing “temporary housing, medical, and humanitarian assistance to individuals and families dislocated due to an emergency or major disaster,” according to the bill.

The legislation also states that the camps will be used to “provide centralized locations to improve the coordination of preparedness, response, and recovery efforts of government, private, and not-for-profit entities and faith-based organizations”.

Ominously, the bill also states that the camps can be used to “meet other appropriate needs, as determined by the Secretary of Homeland Security,” an open ended mandate which many fear could mean the forced detention of American citizens in the event of widespread rioting after a national emergency or total economic collapse.

Many credible forecasters have predicted riots and rebellions in America that will dwarf those already witnessed in countries like Iceland and Greece.
With active duty military personnel already being stationed inside the U.S. under Northcom, partly for purposes of “crowd control,” fears that Americans could be incarcerated in detainment camps are all too real.

The bill mandates that six separate facilities be established in different Federal Emergency Management Agency Regions (FEMA) throughout the country.

The camps will double up as “command and control” centers that will also house a “24/7 operations watch center” as well as training facilities for Federal, State, and local first responders.
The bill also contains language that will authorize camps to be established within closed or already operating military bases around the country.As we have previously highlighted, in early 2006 Halliburton subsidiary Kellogg, Brown and Root was awarded a $385 million dollar contract by Homeland Security to construct detention and processing facilities in the event of a national emergency.

The language of the preamble to the agreement veils the program with talk of temporary migrant holding centers, but it is made clear that the camps would also be used “as the development of a plan to react to a national emergency.”

As far back as 2002, FEMA sought bids from major real estate and engineering firms to construct giant internment facilities in the case of a chemical, biological or nuclear attack or a natural disaster.
A much discussed and circulated report, the Pentagon’s Civilian Inmate Labor Program, was more recently updated and the revision details a “template for developing agreements” between the Army and corrections facilities for the use of civilian inmate labor on Army installations.”
Alex Jones has attended numerous military urban warfare training drills across the US where role players were used to simulate arresting American citizens and taking them to internment camps.

AMERICAN DETENTION CAMPS
FEma Locations and Executive OrdersThere are over 800 prison camps in the United States, all fully operational and ready to receive prisoners. They are all staffed and even surrounded by full-time guards, but they are all empty. These camps are to be operated by FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) should Martial Law need to be implemented in the United States and all it would take is a presidential signature on a proclamation and the attorney general’s signature on a warrant to which a list of names is attached. Ask yourself if you really want to be on Ashcroft’s list.

The Rex 84 Program was established on the reasoning that if a “mass exodus” of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA. Rex 84 allowed many military bases to be closed down and to be turned into prisons.

Operation Cable Splicer and Garden Plot are the two sub programs which will be implemented once the Rex 84 program is initiated for its proper purpose. Garden Plot is the program to control the population. Cable Splicer is the program for an orderly takeover of the state and local governments by the federal government. FEMA is the executive arm of the coming police state and thus will head up all operations. The Presidential Executive Orders already listed on the Federal Register also are part of the legal framework for this operation.

The camps all have railroad facilities as well as roads leading to and from the detention facilities. Many also have an airport nearby. The majority of the camps can house a population of 20,000 prisoners. Currently, the largest of these facilities is just outside of Fairbanks, Alaska. The Alaskan facility is a massive mental health facility and can hold approximately 2 million people.

It grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.

It assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issued over a fifteen year period.

It allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It allows for the strategic relocation of industries, services, government and other essential economic activities, and to rationalize the requirements for manpower, resources and production facilities.

It gives the President sweeping powers over all aspects of the economy.
Act of August 29, 1916
It authorizes the Secretary of the Army, in time of war, to take possession of any transportation system for transporting troops, material, or any other purpose related to the emergency.
International Emergency Economic Powers Act
